Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Emuukuu, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled in accordance with Indian consumer guidelines.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@emuukuu.com with your order ID.
  • If cancelled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Wrong product received
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Size issues (if size exchange/return is enabled on the product)

Note:
Products such as innerwear, accessories, or items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@emuukuu.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images (if damaged/defective)
  2. Our team will review and approve the request.
  3. Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared or return address provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • In case of self-return, shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

6. Exchange Policy (If Applicable)

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear images or an unboxing video for faster resolution.
